How I store your personal information

Your information is securely stored with Wix, a software company that hosts the Hidden in Nature Designs website and online shop. I do not have access to your credit/debit card information, all payment details are passed on to the third party payment processors (Stripe and Adyen) through secure and encrypted technology to protect your information from unauthorised use. Your personal information that has been collected may be stored, transferred or processed outside the European Union (EU), Wix uses Amazon cloud service providers which are based in the United States and Europe. By submitting your personal data through this site you are agreeing to this storing, transferring and processing of your personal data.

The following information is kept - name, address (shipping/billing), email address, and phone number - for only as long as I need it for legal and business reasons. I will then securely delete your personal information from our collected data.

This site is not created for the use of anyone under the age of 16, and I will not knowingly collect personal information of any person under that age. I do not verify the website users ages, and am not required to do so. However, if a parent/guardian believes that your child has been using this website please contact me.
