Hidden in Nature Designs accept all major credit & debit cards.

Delivery (UK only) - Postage and Packaging - £2.70

You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox after placing your order, another email will be sent when your order is dispatched.

 

All items will be packaged carefully in plastic-free, eco-friendly materials, using recycled materials whenever possible.​

​

Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days through Royal Mail second class and should arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch date.

​

All orders over £30 are eligible for free postage. 

​

Currently, Hidden in Nature Designs only ships within the UK.

Returns

​

If your items arrive faulty or damaged, a replacement will be offered, or a full refund, once the items are returned.

​

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please return the items in their original condition, unopened, and a full refund will be given.

​

If you would like to return your items, please contact hiddeninnaturedesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items should be returned within 30 days of delivery.

​

Please note that buyers are responsible for the return postage cost of any items. If the item is not returned in it's original condition then buyers are responsible for any loss in value.
